Tam da bu sebeple, bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n mevcut durumunu, iklim krizinin etkilerini ve al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemleri ele alaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Su Kaynaklar\u0131 ve Mevcut Durum<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, Akdeniz Havzas\u0131nda bulunan ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden en fazla etkilenmesi beklenen di\u011fer \u00fclkeler gibi ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen y\u0131ll\u0131k su miktar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan su stresi ya\u015fayan \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) verilerine g\u00f6re, ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen su miktar\u0131 1.519 metrek\u00fcp civar\u0131nda ve fakat bu miktar\u0131n 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 1.120 metrek\u00fcp seviyesine d\u00fc\u015fmesi bekleniyor. Meteoroloji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (MGM) raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, son 50 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131k 1,5\u00b0C artm\u0131\u015f ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131nda %20 oran\u0131nda azalma g\u00f6zlendi. Yap\u0131lan bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, T\u00fcrkiye geneli i\u00e7in 2020-2100 d\u00f6nemlerinde, \u00f6zellikle 2070 sonras\u0131, ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n 2,5-5\u00b0C artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve toplam ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131n\u0131n %10-20 azalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtir, \u0130stanbul\u2019a su temin edilen mevcut ve potansiyel su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n verimliliklerinin ise %30 oran\u0131nda azalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f d\u00fczenlerindeki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n miktar\u0131n\u0131 ve kalitesini do\u011frudan etkiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Su K\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Sebepleri Nelerdir?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artan S\u0131cakl\u0131klar:<\/strong> K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n etkisiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de s\u0131cakl\u0131klar artmakta ve buharla\u015fma h\u0131zlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum, baraj ve g\u00f6llerin su seviyelerinin d\u00fc\u015fmesine neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Azalan Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar:<\/strong> \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi nedeniyle ya\u011f\u0131\u015f rejimleri de\u011fi\u015fmekte, kurakl\u0131k d\u00f6nemleri s\u0131kla\u015fmakta ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar daha d\u00fczensiz hale gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00fcfus Art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve Kentsel Geli\u015fim:<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fcfusu h\u0131zla artmakta ve kentle\u015fme su talebini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fcfusu 85 milyonun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r ve bu n\u00fcfusun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde bask\u0131 yaratmaktad\u0131r .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tar\u0131m ve Sanayi:<\/strong> Tar\u0131m ve sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, su t\u00fcketiminin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de suyun %73\u2019\u00fc tar\u0131mda, %16\u2019s\u0131 sanayide ve %11\u2019i ise i\u00e7me ve kullanma ama\u00e7l\u0131 t\u00fcketilmektedir .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ne Gibi \u00d6nlemler Alabiliriz?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Su Y\u00f6netimi:<\/strong> Su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n etkin y\u00f6netimi ve su tasarrufu sa\u011flayacak politikalar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bu kapsamda, su kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltacak ve su kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek teknolojilerin te\u015fvik edilmesi \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alternatif Su Kaynaklar\u0131:<\/strong> Deniz suyu ar\u0131tma, ya\u011fmur suyu hasad\u0131 ve at\u0131k suyun geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc gibi alternatif su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim ve Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k:<\/strong> Halk\u0131n su tasarrufu konusunda bilin\u00e7lendirilmesi ve su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kampanyalar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile M\u00fccadele:<\/strong> \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, su kaynaklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik bir d\u00f6neme\u00e7te bulunuyor. \u0130klim krizinin etkileri ve artan su talebi, su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 riskini daha da art\u0131rmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Bu nedenle, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilmesi ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele edilmesi hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
